	History NorthMain Radiation Oncology was founded in 1978 by Dr. Banice Webber as Radiation Oncology Associates. From a one-doctor/one treatment machine practice, our facility has grown into the largest free-standing radiation oncology facility in Southern New England. We are proud to have cared for over 22,750 patients over the years. With our state-of-the-art radiation therapy technology, our patients receive leading-edge treatment in a kind and compassionate setting. Next

I’ve been at the front desk of NorthMain for four years. Denise has been here for four years. Charlene for 12. We really get to know our patients. We talk about our kids, grandkids. Some bring pictures. Some take our pictures just so they have it. They usually comment about how nervous they were at the beginning and how we made them feel more at ease.
