	Radiation Staff In addition to the American College of Radiation accreditation, every NorthMain radiation staff member carries certification equal to or beyond the state’s licensing standards. All the therapists are American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. The two physicists and four dosimetrists are board certified. Next

	Our patients can be here for 6 to 8 weeks at a time. They come in with cancer, they don’t want it but they have it, so it’s so emotional for them to see a smiling face. It just makes them calm down. After a couple days, you’re calling them by their first name, and they connect with you. The atmosphere here is more personal and it’s trickled all around.
